Directs removal of troops from hostilities against Iran

Requires the President to withdraw U.S. Armed Forces from fighting within or against Iran unless Congress has declared war or authorized military force for that purpose.

• The President must pull U.S. forces out of hostilities within or against Iran
• This applies unless Congress has declared war or passed an authorization for military force
• It would not stop the U.S. from defending against attacks on its personnel or facilities
