Directs removal of Armed Forces from Iran hostilities
Directs the President to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities in or against Iran unless Congress has declared war or authorized military force for that purpose.

- Applies unless Congress has declared war or authorized military force
- Does not prevent defending against attacks on the United States or its personnel or facilities in other nations
