Requires removing troops from hostilities with Iran

Directs the President to pull U.S. Armed Forces out of fighting in or against Iran unless Congress has declared war or approved military force for it.

• Applies to hostilities within or against Iran that Congress has not authorized
• Troops would stay if Congress declares war or approves use of force
• The resolution would not stop the U.S. from defending against an attack on U.S. forces or facilities
