Ends a Medicare test in six states that used outside companies and artificial intelligence to decide whether certain services would be paid for before they were given.

- Companies reviewed coverage requests before care was given, using artificial intelligence
- Companies were paid a share of the savings the reviews produced
- The test was set to run six years; this resolution stops it
