Cancels EPA extension of oil and gas emission deadlines
Cancels an EPA rule that pushed back several deadlines for oil and gas facility pollution controls, bringing back the earlier dates.
- Nullifies an EPA rule published July 31, 2025 that extended certain deadlines
- Earlier deadlines return for control devices, equipment leaks, storage vessels, process controllers and vent systems
- Also undoes the delay in starting the Methane Super Emitter Program
- Restores a state plan submission deadline
