Reverses coal leasing ban in Wyoming area
Cancels a 2024 Bureau of Land Management plan that stopped new federal coal leasing in the Buffalo Field Office in Wyoming and restores the 2015 plan.

- Requires the Bureau of Land Management to follow the 2015 plan, which allowed coal leasing
