Praises teachers who earned or kept National Board Certification and urges states, districts and schools to help more teachers get certified.
- As of March 2025, 141,464 teachers held National Board Certification
- In 2024, 4,355 teachers earned it and 4,884 kept it
- 29 states offer salary incentives for certified teachers, 13 focus on high-needs schools
- Encourages states and districts to support and give incentives to new candidates
