Names minority party members to Senate committees

Sets the minority party's members and lead members on the Senate committees listed in the resolution for the current two-year Congress.

• Lists which senators serve as the minority party's members on each named committee
• Names a lead minority member, called the ranking member, for each of those committees
• Covers committees including Agriculture, Appropriations, Armed Services, Finance, and Judiciary
• Membership lasts for the 119th Congress or until replacements are chosen
