Authorizes Senate aide testimony in employment case
Allows a Senate committee staff member to give testimony and documents in a Capitol employment dispute, with Senate lawyers representing her.
- Nichole Kotschwar, deputy staff director of the Senate Rules Committee, may testify and provide documents
- She does not have to provide evidence where the Senate asserts a legal privilege or objection
- The Senate Legal Counsel is authorized to represent her in the case
