Congratulates North Dakota State football team on title
The Senate congratulates the North Dakota State University Bison football team for winning the 2024 national college football championship in the division below the top level.
- The Bison beat Montana State 35-32 on January 6, 2025, in Frisco, Texas
- It was the team's 18th national football championship
- The team has won 10 of the last 14 titles in its division, from 2011 to 2024
- Head coach Tim Polasek won the title in his first year leading the team
