Allows grouped votes on several nominations
Lets the Senate consider a set of executive officer and ambassador nominations together in one group instead of one at a time.
- Covers nominees for the Departments of Defense, Energy, the Interior, and Labor
- Also covers ambassadors to Argentina, Greece, Liechtenstein, and Sweden
- Lets the Senate take up these nominations as a group in Executive Session
