Lets senators use office funds for security

Allows each senator to pay for security upgrades and services using money from their official office expense account.

• Senators may use their office expense account for security enhancements and services
• Covers expenses incurred on or after the resolution was adopted
• The Senate Rules and Administration Committee may write rules to carry it out
