Allows holiday donation drives in Senate buildings
Lets senators and Senate staff collect clothing, toys, food and housewares from each other in Senate buildings during the holiday season to give to charity.
- Senators, Senate officers and employees may collect non-cash donations from each other in Senate buildings
- Donations must serve people in need or military members and their families
- Collectors may work with a nonprofit group to deliver the donations
- The permission ends at the end of the first session of the 119th Congress
