Recognizes the Apache attack helicopter's role in national defense and honors the Army aviators, maintainers, and support personnel who operate and sustain it.
- Marks the 50th anniversary of the Apache's first flight on September 30, 1975
- Notes more than 5,200,000 total flight hours, including over 1,300,000 combat hours
- Notes final assembly in Arizona and a supplier base across 46 states
- Directs the Secretary of the Senate to send a copy to the Army Aviation Center of Excellence
