Displays plaque honoring January 6 responders in Senate wing

Tells the Architect of the Capitol to put a plaque honoring the officers who responded on January 6, 2021 in a public spot in the Senate wing until it can go to its permanent place.

• Plaque honors Capitol Police, Washington D.C. police and other officers who responded on January 6, 2021
• Must be shown in a place in the Senate wing that the public can reach
• Stays there until it can be placed on the Capitol's western front, as a 2022 law directed
