Lets three Senate employees testify in a court case
Allows three Senate staff members to testify in a court case, except where Senate privilege applies, and lets Senate lawyers represent them.
- Ryan Alban, an aide to Senator Ted Budd, is allowed to testify
- Lisa Gibbens, an aide to Senator Kevin Cramer, is allowed to testify
- Jill Wyman, an aide to Senator John Cornyn, is allowed to testify
- Senate lawyers can represent the employees for the testimony
