Bans Senate members and staff from prediction market trading
Bars senators, Senate officers, and Senate employees from trading contracts that pay out based on whether a specific event happens, and says other branches of government should do the same.
- Bans members, officers, and employees of the Senate from buying or selling event-based contracts
- Insurance with a lawful insurable interest is not covered by the ban
- States the Senate's view that the House, executive branch, and judicial branch should set similar limits
