States the Senate's position that Samuel Bankman-Fried, convicted in the FTX fraud case, should not receive a presidential pardon or any other form of clemency.
- Says he should never get a pardon or commutation for his FTX fraud crimes
- Notes he was sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to give up $11 billion
- Says a jury found him guilty on 7 counts, including wire fraud and money laundering
- Rejects calling the case political and backs the court process that convicted him
