Asks the Secretary of State to send senators and representatives a report within 30 days on killings of U.S. citizens in the West Bank and on Palestinian detainees.
- Report would be due within 30 days of the resolution's adoption
- Must cover the deaths of nine named U.S. citizens in the West Bank since January 2022
- Must list U.S. citizens held in Israeli prisons and describe their cases
- Must assess Palestinian children held in Israeli military detention
